Boston Globe: Energy & What Americans Want

Americans’ attitudes will profoundly impact our energy future. In a series of surveys conducted as part of the MIT Energy Initiative and the Harvard University Center on the Environment, an incredibly comprehensive and prolonged assessment of American public opinion about energy was conducted. Many different forms were compared—from traditional fuels such oil to less widely used energy sources such wind power—to determine what Americans believe, what they know, and what they want.
