Climate change TV series ‘Years of Living Dangerously’ wins Emmy for Best Documentary

Showtime’s Years of Living Dangerously, a documentary series focusing on climate change, won the Emmy for “Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Series.” A star-studded cast travels the globe to showcase real-life individuals, communities, and policy makers and present a multi-faceted story of the wide-ranging effects of climate change. The series features an impressive team of producers, including James Cameron, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and former 60 minutes producers Joel Bach and David Gelber. Harrison Ford, Jessica Alba, Washington Governor Jay Inslee, Don Cheadle, New York Times reporter Thomas Friedman, and Matt Damon are featured.
